Your healing journey can sometimes feel like reaching fitness goals. You set an intention, you work hard, and sometimes see results quickly, but just when you feel like you’re almost there you hit a wall or plateau. Everyone heals differently.

Attending a SoCo weekend is an intensive deep dive of discovery: uncover old beliefs and behaviors that keep you stuck, repetitive patterns and relationships throughout your lifetime, connect to inner parts of yourself, and empower yourself to shift old beliefs and behaviors into the healthier, confident, connected person you know has been locked away inside you.

Each weekend includes psychoeducation and a process on one or more subjects such as: codependency, addiction, self worth/empowerment, grief/loss, narcissism/emotional abuse, manifesting/setting intentions, creating/setting healthy boundaries, one 60 minute hypnotherapy session, and one 60 minute breathwork session. Healing in a group setting can provide faster processing, and a greater sense of connection.

We meet 4 times per year

Weekends begin Friday at 1:00 pm and end Sunday by 4:00pm

Room and board is included – 3 meals per day, healthy snacks, and non-alcoholic beverages

This retreat is held at Camp Horizon in Ark City, KS. A beautiful canvas of amazing sunrises, sunsets, trails, and an overlook you would never expect to see in the middle of the plains.

You will share a room with other participants.
